"Your project was upgraded but..." Error dialog sporadically appears

I am occasionally getting this error in a modal dialog when I try to open forms:

"Your project was upgraded but one or more forms did not upgrade correctly. Please contact our support team."

In order to progress I must restart Studio. Once I restart, usually I can open the form without an error message. I recently upgraded to the latest patch and this started happening then.

I'm not sure how this ended up in the Ideas category; I thought I was posting a problem. My mistake.

Don't worry. I'll move it to the problems category so there's no need to create a new topic.

Can you please clarify if you meant "Once I restart, usually I can't (instead of i can) open the form without an error message"?

Can you also please attach an image of the error message? Thanks a lot.

I meant "can", but I've come to suspect that this occurs because of a change in the data model, and that the error message is just not indicative of the actual problem. I'm going to test this and get back to you. Here's an image of the error text.
