User Authorization Error

When granting permission for a specific user role to access a specific page or set of pages (Image 1), the work portal ignores this fact even if the user role is related (Image 2), thus not allowing , that the page is displayed (Image 3).

Dear Paulo,

Analysing your issue, it looks like the steps are correctly, but you missed to restart the IIS service. So that, please proceed to restart the IIS Servide and try again. Bear in mind the configuration of this service: https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/11.2.2/index.html?prerequisites_iis.htm

You can also check this article: https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/11.2.2/index.html?automation_security.htm

Best regards

Hi Juan

The procedures have been done, but the problem persists. I use version 11.1.2.2139. Bizagi itself has already been reinstalled and the project has been migrated from server in order to solve the problem, but if successful.

Dear Paulo,

Thanks for your feedback. Another point that you can check for this particular user is the role. Remove the role called: "Admon Viewer". This role has priority over any rule.

We look forward to hearing from you

Dear Paulo,

You need to login with another user who has the possibility to enter to Users Administration. Please check this article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?users_administration.htm. After this, look for the user and edit his roles.

Best Regards

Juan Zuluaga, thanks for the quick return.

However, I was unsuccessful after performing the procedures.

After logging in with user with user administration permissions, I was unable to remove the roles, although I followed all the steps.

Juan, again, thanks for the quick return.

After several tests, I was able to solve the problem, but there was a question as to what seems to be the reason.

Should there be at least 01 user-related role?

Because, it is possible to remove the roles of users, but the latter is never possible. If there are 02 papers, one of them will be easily removed, but the other will not.

I have attached the step by step done which highlights the problem.

Dear Paulo,

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct to mention that an user requires at least one role.
