Unreachable Scheduler Service
Hello all,
I came across the below quoted error message while integrating email using GMAIL.
"Couldnot connect to Scheduler Service <<_project_Scheduler_name>> on <<_ip_address>>"
Based on the User guide for integrating email using gmail (http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?send_messages_accord.htm), I have established the connection and it was tested successfully.
But while executing a simple send message, receiving error: "Unable to process the case:The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. x77sm10592870pfe.61 - gsmtp"
SSL is enabled.
Please suggest.

Regarding your question, you need to know that you require to relay emails when there is an authenticate SMTP. In this case, gmail.com. For further information: http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?advanced_settings_for_the_e-ma.htm
After this, you need to set up your SMTP according this article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?smtp_configuration.htm
After you have followed these step, you will be able to send emails using Gmail account.
