Unable to run Studio, authentication requested, but login details unavailable

I can not open a new project in Studio. I attempted uninstalling and installing without success as the same problem recurs.

I am being asked to authenticate, see below. I have used my Bizagi loging details, my work network authentication details and those provided by Bizagi in their install guide none of these authentications work. Is this a fault with Studio or they have not updated the authentication credentials in the installation guide?

Dear James,

Regarding this issue, it happens when the user does not belong to Bizagi and Administrator group. It can also appear when Bizagi operation service in down. You can restart it and try again.
