Task and Alarms Notifications - WHERE to translate the message content?

Hi,

We are using the task and alarm notifications.

We have been able to translate the labels.

We cannot find where to translate the content related to the process we developed.

Can you help us?

Dear Arjan,

You can customize the body of automatic notifications messages in order to include the desired information.Automatic notifications are e-mail messages sent to end users to inform about aborted cases, delayed activities and assigned tasks.

Thanks for the answer.

We already defined the Task Alarm Notification.

See attachment

The problem is that we cannot get the translation of the info between < >

So we need to get the translation of <taskName>, <casCreationDate>, etc in the mail.

This translated info is not shown in the mails (see attachment of the earlier post).

Is this a bug or do we need to translate this at a special place???

Dear Arjan,

In addition to the Work Portal menus, Bizagi provides the ability to design and build Process in any language, allowing the entire user interface to be displayed in a single language. If the Work Portal displays in only one language, the components of the Process can be designed in said language from the start. For multi-language support each element of the Process (e.g. workflow, attributes, controls (form fields), etc.) needs to be Localized. This project content is know in Bizagi Studio as Bizagi Objects There are two approaches to translate the resources that compose the Bizagi's objects within the application. These are:

  • Individual Approach: should be used when the translated resources are included as the process is being modeled.
  • Massive Approach: should be used when the project has been modeled and THEN the translation is included.

To localize all your processes, tasks, and its components, follow this article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?localizing_processes_and_its_c.htmRegards

We already have done all of the translations!

So everything we get in the NL language for the whole process

We just don't get the NL language to appear in the task notification mails.

Can you help with this specific problem?!

Juan, can you help us here? This is an example of the actual notification mail that is sent based on the content Arjan posted in the screenshot:

Case 401, taak "Create and send invoice Intake", is nog niet afgehandeld. Hieronder een korte samenvatting van de case:Case aanmaakdatum: 8-10-2015Taak aanmaakdatum: 8-10-2015 Taak: Create and send invoice IntakeFase: Intake

As you can see the bold text is still in the English language. But we've used the localization on the process level to translate the process components and labels as the documentation tells us to.

So for example for the task Create and send invoice Intake we've added the text for the nl-NL culture as Factuur aanmaken (Intake). So in the mail we're expecting the Dutch translation of the process step. But the Alarm logic uses the default culture when sending the mail instead of the Dutch language. So how do you make sure that it uses the Dutch culture when using the task information?

Dear Users,

By now, Bizagi does not support what you need. This question will be taken as an idea to be developed in a future release.
