I want to send an email notification to my users every time a case is created. I'm doing this via an activity action set on the "On Exit" event of the first task of the process. My problem is that the tag <CaseNumber> is empty.
When is this tag populated? If I create a script task and send the email from there can I place this new task immediately after the first one even if both tasks are in the Case Creation milestone? Or must I place the script task on a "Process" milestone?
