Dear Aparecido

Regarding your question, this information defined as extended attributes is stored and handled by Bizagi automatically and transparently. Therefore, we would like to know further information about what you wish to accomplish exactly (this way, we may guide you best toward your requirement).

Take into account that Bizagi offers 2 complementary products (Bizagi Process Modeler and Bizagi BPM Suite).

1. Bizagi Process Modeler’s main objective is to diagram and document your processes.

Within the process model design and documentation (mainly in early stages of your project), you may use these extended attributes information to export and publish your processes’ documentation.

2. However, when moving on to using Bizagi BPM Suite (Bizagi Studio) for the actual processes automation, the data model design is defined through the second step of the Process Wizard (model data).

Similarly, you may define further implementation details for your integration scenarios (with external databases).

Summarizing the previously described, we recommended that all processes are diagramed and documented first using our Bizagi Process Modeler, and then move on to use Bizagi BPM Suite for processes automation and execution (running workflows): http://wiki.bizagi.com/en/index.php?title=Architecture.

Hi Emilio.

Thanks for your answer.

I am Brazilian. I am sorry my English.

Well, I would like to extract data from database to create reports with information of the elements, and the extended properties are very important. I seek in the database but I don't identified the referent table.

Dear Aparecido

To avoid manipulating the database directly and the possible risks of unexpected behaviours that may arise from this, we recommend you to create an entity (or entities) to store the required information so that you may handle it through Bizagi Studio
