Suspend a Case, not aborting it
What is the best practice in Bizagi to suspend a case for a while, not aborting it. This is useful when we don't have management on customer action, for example if a task execution depends on a costumer response and this is not foreseen in the process modeling. There is cases that after six months the customer did not answer yet. The intention is to avoid that a task executor have to deal with a pending task in his inbox that he doesn't has management on it, get used to overdue tasks and avoid erroneous Team Stats.
