structuring the projects/applications
Hi
For structuring the projects/applications, your handbook
recommends to structure them base on areas managing processes like IT, HR.
In an organization with different hubs, how we can structure
the applications? For example we have the same implementation model for processes
A & B in Hub xxx and Hub yyy. Process A must be run just separately inside
each hub. But part of process B is done through hub xxx and part of that by hub
yyy employees. (due to lack of resources in each hub) How we should structure the project? One project/application for
Hub xxx, other project/application for hub yyy? And one common project for hub
xxx & yyy common processes? What is your advice?
Many thanks in advance
Dear Lachin,
Thank you for your interest in Bizagi.
Our recommendation for this case where there are shared processes must be within the same project within the same application, thus facilitating the exchange of information between processes and reuse forms, expressions, and so on... While it is possible to exchange information between processes are in different projects, this will be done in a less natural way, generating greater
complexity in the implementation of business rules.
