Start timer not assigning performer

Hi Bizagi, i've got a problem It's a problem with StartTimer.

It's work ok, but the problem is that when the timer automatically runs, it doesn't assign the task to the next user in charge (as defined in "Performers").

It always goes to the Admon user.

The strange this is that when I start the process manually (without the StartTimer) it works as expected.

Dear Darko,

Take into account that timer (and any other automatic tasks) are executed by the "admon" user in Bizagi.

Therefore, we would recommend you to initially check that the admon user is not configured with the "skip assignment rules" property enabled (a setting which overrides assignment rules so that testing cases in the development environment is faster).

Best regards,

Hello Bizagi

Thanks for reply.

I unchecked the "skip assignment rules" for admon and it's working now.

Best regards,

Darko

I have a similar issue although it is after a intermediate timer event and the admon user is not set to skip assignment rules. The performer works when the timer event is removed.
