SSL Certificate Error

I am trying to create my first project. I am getting the error in the attached screenshot.

"SSL Provider, error 0 -The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted."

I have tried with two different SQL Servers and get the same error. Any ideas?

Dear Jon,

We would like to know if you are using a certificate of SSL in order to use https. In addition, we would like to know the current version of Bizagi.

We look forward to hearing from you

I am doing a basic install of Bigagi, which I understand will use a self-signed certificate. I am attempting to install version 11. I am only having this problem when installing on a Windows 10 computer. I have successfully installed it on both Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 server. I tried connecting to the database on the Windows 2008 R2 server from the Windows 10 computer and got the same certificate error.

Dear Jon,

We were analysing this problem and it happens because there is an option enable in your SQL Server. Please check these article to solve it:

Thank you for this information. It did not help me resolve my problem.

However, I was able to resolve the problem by setting SQL Server service account to run under the LocalSystem Account. When SQL Server is installed, it defaults to thet NETWORK service account. This will work fine on a development computer.

Thank you for your help.
