Sorting inbox by different attributes and remember the sorting settings per user
our application users/business owners have requested a possibility to change the default sorting attribute in the work portal inbox. There doesn't seem to be such a feature available in neither Studio nor Portal administration so we decided to pass this request to you. Best case solution would be either for the web portal to remember the last used sorting for each user or for us developers to be able to set the sorting attribute independently for "all cases" tab and for each process tab. Can you please look into it for us?
