Set task as delayed from a record in the process

Set task as delayed from a record in the process that will determine the delay time. For example, I determine in a collection start dates and end actions of a plan of action. Thus, each action is a task. So far so good, just use a multiple subprocess. However, how can I determine the tasks that exceed the end date recorded in the collection that originated the multiple sub-process, get "red", be due at work portal?

Dear Paulo,

Analysing your question, you need to do several steps to obtain the result,

  1. Create an expression to evaluate estimated date and solution date of each task. If you identify a problem, then you can change the colour of a row or a cell. Check these articles: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?set_tasks_and_timers_duration.htm and http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?get_information_of_the_current_case.htm
  2. Action to modify colour of a cell: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?performing_actions_on_collecti.htm
