Server Error, Compilation Error, Compiler Error Message: CS0016

I created a new Project called "Test2". Created one simple process, data model, and form. Then clicked "Run" button and received the error message below in Internet Explorer. Any ideas to help me? Should I reinstall something?---------------------------------Server Error in '/Test2' Application.Compilation Error Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Dear James,

We would like to know if you have installed your IIS correctly. Check the following article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?prerequisites_iis.htm

We look forward,

Regards

It probably was something wrong with my initial IIS setup. I did remove BizAgi and IIS, then reinstall both but that didn't work. So I reset the computer entirely (back to factory) and reinstalled everything from scratch, so now it is working again.I have a question on your directions. In this link: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?prerequisites_iis.htm , you say to enable (under Security) "Basic Authentication", "Windows Authentication", and "IP and Domain Restrictions". However, under the directions for Windows 8 specifically, your screenshot only shows "Request Filtering" and "Windows Authentication".If you look at my screenshot of IIS setup, I don't have as many options available under Security. So it isn't clear what I have should selected. Currently I only have "Request Filterting".Please keep in mind this is a development/demo laptop install only, so I'm not concerned about security. I just am concerned that it continues to function for demonstration purposes.
