reusable forms

I find when I create a 'new' reusable form from the forms designer (while in the 'wizard' mode), there is no process data. I see an item that is 'entities' that has no child nodes. I have to go out to the 'modules' view to create this reusable form for the process.

I would like the form to be already linked to the process entity if invoked from the forms designer while in the 'define forms' part of the wizard. I think it would make the experience much better. To be honest, invoking this from the form designer appears not to work, although I may be missing something.

Dear Jerome,

Suppose you will design the Forms of a Purchase Request Process. You know that the request information will be displayed in all the Forms of the Process, so the best ideal would be to make a reusable Form. That way you will create it once, and reuse it everywhere. Furthermore if you want to change anything in the form, you can do so in just one place and not repeat the change everywhere.

I can see that it works now. It certainly did not work when I tried it. I had the screen recording (as I was recording a demo), but have since edited it to remove this section. I will edit the recording to show the way to do this through the wizard now that I see it does work, thanks.

I cannot reproduce this fault now, so I have no idea why it happened, but it definitely did.

Dear Jerome,

We will look forward for your reproduction. Then, we will analyze it and give you an answer.

Thank you for your time,
