Re-usable subprocess

I have no problem creating an application which there is a main process which initiates a multi-instance sub-process. But what I want to do is have a completely independent re-usable sub-process.

My example is that I have a number of processes that result in a general CAPA (corrective and preventive action) process. I want have a single CAPA process and pass to it the parent process details and retrieve from it the outcomes.

I have set the data model up so that CAPA attributes are replicated in calling process, but I don't seem to be able to instantiate the sub-process or pass the parent attributes to it. Can some one point me to a guide?

Dear Paul,

Regarding your description, you need to set up it correctly according the following information: The reusable Sub-Process must have an access type defined as Process or Only Sub-Process in the process' properties. If not, it will not be listed for selection by the wizard even though it has been createdIn the Expert View, right click over the Sub-Process' version and select Properties. Make sure either Process or Only Sub-Process is selected.
