Purchase Request Process Template installation

Hi,

While installing Purchase Request Process Template an error message: "Unexpected assert condition failed. (Internalinformation for support: CMtdSetFile.ReadFromDirectory)" displayed and installation aborted. I tried Vacation Request process template and installation completed successfully.

Operating System of my computer is: Windows7

and I'm using BizAgi Express Studio V9.1.8.1005

Unfortunately advice given on support forum was not resolve my problem: http://feedback.bizagi.com/suite/en/responses/error-when-downoading-process-templates

How can I install this template?

Dear Aysin

Please take into account that the installation of templates through Process central must be done using the last version of Bizagi Studio.

We kindly recommend to verify this and try to install the selected template again.

Dear Luis,

I've just upgraded Bizagi PM and Xpress Studio to the latest versions but got another error message "The user account must belong to Administrators group" even though it was in the Bizagi Administrators group list. So what do you advise me to do?
