Program unresponsive due to recent upgrade, unable to make use of the process builder

I have installed the new version of your free process modeler and the program has become unresponsive. There is a Bizagi mini page screen that is covering the process modeling section and this i am unable to close.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

As solution of this issue, you need to clean the cache of your IE (Internet Explorer) and then try again.Regards
