Organizing processes into folders and subfolders
I am very impressed with Bizagi and we are considering using it in our company. I am excited about it, and in most things it is superior to every other BPM platform that I've seen.
There is one major flaw/lack, though, and that is in the area of process organization. There's not a way to organize all of the processes we would create. If I create 400 processes (which, for us, is less than what we envision), it would be extremely beneficial to be able to organize those processes into folders and sub-folders (and sub-sub folders, etc.).
Furthermore, if an end user has access to 200 processes, and clicks the "Process" button that's at the left side of the screen from the work portal (or the "New Case" button), then it would be great if they would be presented with a view of Folders and sub-folders, so that everything would be nice and organized.
Please give me some feedback on this, as I am very interested if Bizagi will work to get things set up in this more organized way in future versions.
Like I said, I am very enthusiastic about Bizagi! If you would implement this suggestion it would address a major need and fill the only major gap (though it is a very important one) that I see in Bizagi.
