Open tickets information / solutions / problems for paid users


It would be great if Bizagi portal would be more open to users.

Supports not working not so fast and many questions that you send as Ticket already solved early in another tickets.

Another example it is when you find strange behavour of Bizagi Studio then try to fix it and after hours you send it to support as a bug/error. In such a situation it would be much easier to view TICKETS/REPORTS from other users, perhaps someone else has faced a similar problem.

So: open tickets for reading, add checkbox "private" in ticket options for those who does not want to disclose info.
