Open a "New Ticket"

Dear all,

I usually open ticket in the 'Support area' because I've got licences to production environment.

I've been trying to open a new ticket since last week but without sucess. Whenever I try to click on button to "New Ticket" the page is reloaded then nothing happens.

I would like to know if Is there any problem in that page?

I have a issue to be solved in my server.
