not able to see new case in portal

hi

i work with bizagi 2 months in local, and I create 2 process for myself and work perfectly. but after I created the last process (case), I can't see this process in new case of portal.

before that i test some security access (Authorization-->new cases) for 2 previously process and remove all permissions but again I can't see the process in admon.

what can I do?

Dear Arash,

Bear in mind that the process needs to have start event. It is a common problem. Another possible solution is to restart you IIS Server. Finally, check if the process is active.
