New item in a collection overwrites old ones

I'm fairly new in bizagi and i need to create a selected list of clients from a pool of clients. To do so i'm trying to add the client data from a parametric entity to a collection, but for some reason, every time that i add a new one it overwrites the old ones (i end up with 2 clients with the same data in the collection, or it shows me only the last one created in both spaces).

Maybe i'm doing something wrong at the moment of the creation of the item, but i really don't know what could be

Dear Patricio,

You need to use Customers as a Master entity. The following article explains why to use a Master Entity instead of Parameter entity: http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?entity_types.htm

If the problem continues, send us screenshots of it and Bizagi version.

Actually my collection is a Master Entity, but our customers are often the same ones so it's useful to have them as a parametric entity. I tried to send the information from the parametric entity via Activity actions to the Collection ,and works, but either is replacing the older items in the collection at the moment of creation or showing only the last created item in every space

Dear Juan,

The version i'm using is the 10.7.0.2082, running in a virtual machine with windows 7. Attached you'll find a screenshot of the data model (cleanest version of the 3 entities affected for this) and a screenshot of the activity action i'm using (granted, i could have used better names to differentiate, the parametric entity is Cliente and the Collection is Clientes)

Dear Juan,

While testing, i confirmed that i can change the values of the different fields on the items manually afterwards, but still is a big problem that the values are overwritten at the moment of creation, since the purpose is avoid unnecessary work.

Please answer me what can i do to fix this.

Best Regards

Dear Patricio,

In order to understand much better this, we would like to know if you use the same collection for all cases? or for each case, you add new values according the topic.

We look forward to hearing from you

Dear Juan,

I'm using different values (because there are different clients), but the same fields, for example, there will always be a client name and address, but they should be different for each client added to the collection

Dear Patricio,

Regarding your email, you found the problem in a rule which changes the collection value.

We are glad to know that you have resolved it.

Best Regards
