My first process - Rejection mail does not work - Google apps

In the final part of my first process, when the supervisor rejects the vacations request the process must send an e-mail to the employee.

In my case It doesn't work.

I'm using my google apps account in the environment option of Bizagi.

Dear Jurgen,

In order to use a SMTP server with authentication, you need to install a local SMTP server to relay e-mails.

Examples of such additional parameters and scenarios that require advanced settings are:

  • The need to use authentication to access the SMTP server
  • The requirement to use a SMTP port number different than the default one
  • The possibility to have business continuity in your Processes (in an eventual case in which the SMTP Server is temporarily off-service), and better traceability for notifications.
  • The need for a bridged connection when the BPM Server has no direct access to the SMTP server
  • The use of a store and forward mechanism
