Letter Templates from version 9 to version 10

We have a project created in version 9.18 which we then

upgraded to BizAgi 10.5.

One task includes generating a letter template which is

attached to an email to the client in rtf format.

I would like to send the letter in pdf format. How can I

change this quickly when the only tools available to me are the version 9.* form

editor?

Also, is it possible to create a reusable/nested form in this process, when I can only see V9 forms and tools?
