Integrating Web Parts Into SharePoint

Hi,

I have followed your user guides for implementing the Bizagi web parts into SharePoint. Everything was successfully installed up until I try and set the connection for the web parts. When I navigate to the configuration list that has been created automatically and add a new list item I get the following message:

The

base type

'BizAgi.SharePoint.Layouts.Bizagi.SharePoint.EditPages.Bizagi_WebPartsConfigNewForm'

is not allowed for this page. The type

BizAgi.SharePoint.Layouts.Bizagi.SharePoint.EditPages.Bizagi_WebPartsConfigNewForm,

Bizagi.SharePoint2013, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,

PublicKeyToken=3cc953c7096d36f1 could not be found or it is not registered as

safe.

This means that I cannot create the connection that's needed.

Many Thanks,

Andy

Dear Andrew,

We are trying to reproduce it in our labs. We would like to know if you are using a cluster or a subdomian.

We look forward to hearing from you

Did you ever find a solution for this? We are experiencing the same problem...

Is Bizagi Engine needed for Bizagi Web Parts?

Best regards

Thomas

Dear User,

No. It is not necessary to have Bizagi Engine. Please tell us which is your Sharepoint version, Bizagi version and Web part version.

We look forward to hearing from you

Sharepoint 2013 and webparts for Sharepoint 2013. At the moment we are only using Bizagi modeler, but we would like to integrate the Bizagi webparts for sharepoint...

Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Dear Juan

I have followed these guides, step by step, but I keep getting the same error:

The base type

'BizAgi.SharePoint.Layouts.Bizagi.SharePoint.EditPages.Bizagi_WebPartsConfigNewForm'

is not allowed for this page. The type

BizAgi.SharePoint.Layouts.Bizagi.SharePoint.EditPages.Bizagi_WebPartsConfigNewForm,

Bizagi.SharePoint2013, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,

PublicKeyToken=3cc953c7096d36f1 could not be found or it is not registered as

safe.

Any solution?

Thank you.

Best regards

Thomas

Dear Van,

The problem of it is that the webpart does not have enough privilegies to be executed. As the message indicates, the component with the shown token is not registered as secure, so that it missed an instruction with a similar structure to this one from the web.config file of you project:

  1. <SafeControl Assembly="Sharepoint_Native_Indicators, Version=1.0.0.0,Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3cc953c7096d36f1" Namespace="XXXXX.YYYYYY" TypeName="*" />

We recommend to uninstall all the component and install it again following the installation procedure used with command line and described in the documentation.

Regards

Dear Juan

I't s been a while, but this is still not working.

I did the uninstall of all components and reinstalled it with command line as described in the documentation, but I still get the same error.

There is one thing I noticed though.

We have 2 site collections:

- Our main portal

- Our 'My Sites'

When I try to add a configuration list on the 'My Sites' site collection, everything works as expected. On our main portal it doesn't... I also checked the web.config file and added the 'SafeControl Assembly' lines manually, but still receive the same error.

Any idea? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
