Installing SQL Server in separate machine

Hello!

I need to install the BPM Server and the SQL Server on separate machines.

I have successfully completed the "Workshop for Product Evaluation" guide, but I used the "sa" user and the default password on the local machine (BPM and SQL Servers run on localhost).

What is the exact process on doing the same thing but having the SQL Server run on separate machine?

My understanding is that I need to do the following things:

Are the above steps correct? Have I missed anything that needs to be done?

Dear Alex,

Your steps are correct. Remember that Bizagi installs by default SQL Server with these credentials:

  • User: sa
  • Password: Bizagi10GO

In order to work in two server: One for BPM and one for SQL Server, you need to set up:21createsysadmin_login_zoom85Another thing is that you can copy or clone your projects: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?copy_or_reuse_bizagi_projects.htm. Finally, you can open remote projects in order to work in a team: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?open_existing_project.htm
