I have a few question about Bizagi's Workportal and Execution

How can I Change Icons shape and text in the icons bar , can I change their location?

for example : to appear as big icons in the middle of the screen in the work area to make them more user friendly .

How can I remove inbox from Icons bar and the work area ?

How can I remove the Report icon?(I denied its access in the authorization options but that only removed its contents "When i click on it") .

How Can I remove the case details that appear on the left of the work portal?

Is it possible to create Sub menus in the new process drop down menu ?

Dear Ahmad,

According your questions, some of then can work just working with Security for Workportal Menus, just depending to grant access to some users: Grant_access_rights.

In order to move the location is not supported. If you want, you can create it as an Idea in order to be developed in a future release.

the elements in the attached Image "Screen Elements" Can they be disabled ?

note : I disabled Inbox from Authorization -> Pages -> Cases ->Inbox and deployed my project and it's still there.

In the Second attached image I disabled reports icon but it still appears with no content.

According the "Screen Elements" screenshot, you can modify those columns: customize_colums and the "Report Option" screenshot, it should work as other options like: preferences, Admin and so on.

Based on customize columns article I can't remove all the elements of the inbox at least one should be included "see the aatached image". Is there a way to remove all the elements completely ?

No, there is no a way to remove all elements because those elements will be rows of the inbox cases. You can modify them according to your needs, but at least, you need to have one.

The case area is essential to work correctly Bizagi Suite. I have already sent what modifications you are able to execute according the user needs. Another possible way is to develop your own work portal like an external application and use SOA Layer in order to communicate with Bizagi.

Bizagi offers its functionality so that it can be invoked directly from external applications through a service-oriented API.Both processes and the data model in Bizagi are automatically available to be used by means of Web Services.Such SOAP Web services constitute Bizagi API and do not require starting configuration for their use.
