I am getting "Log Information Incomplete " error when I submit a form.

I am getting "Log Information Incomplete " error when I submit a form and it is appearing on the Global Form. Process Flow is in normal condition but I am getting this error once Global Form is loaded. I want to know, in which conditions it may occur and probable solution for it.

Dear Esarapu,

In order to identify the error, please send us the message that appears in the event viewer.

To start Event Viewer by using the Windows interface

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Click Control Panel .
  3. Click System and Maintenance .
  4. Click Administrative Tools .
  5. Double-click Event Viewer .
  6. Click Windows Logs
  7. Click Application
  8. Look for the error message.
