How do I add a Location to an already implemented process in Bizagi.

I have a process that has been developed, tested and deployed. I would like to add a new Location to the organization structure using the work portal. Is it possible to do this from the work portal by an Administrative user? Or do we need to update the org structure using Studio and re-deploy the application?
