How can I remove New Case permission from a role after deployment?


We have deployed one of our processes and we're not able to remove New Case permission from a role anymore.

How can we solve this problem?

Dear Rajesh,

We had assigned New Case permission to some roles before deployment (in development phase). Now that we are in the production phase, we want to remove one of those roles, so anyone having that role would not be able to create a New Case; however, the "remove" button and "allow" checkbox are disabled and we cannot remove this role.

What should we do?
