How can I configure a collect all Mail alias?

Hello,

I want all notification send to one mail address. Is there a way to tell Bizagi to use one Email-Address during development? Or has this to be configured through the mail server?

Thanks for your help,

Chris

Dear Christian,

Bizagi has the possibility to send a copy and a BBC copy. You need to update this from, locate the Configuration tab in Bizagi Studio's upper ribbon, and review the Environment options by clicking the Environment button:

configuration

Now, if for testing, you need that all users have the same email, you need to log in into the work portal and modify each user: User Administration

Kind Regards

Hello Juan,

thank you for your answer, actually I wanted the

system to behave the opposite way, though. What I wanted to achieve is

that all mails are send to one account and only that account. So that I

can demonstrate what mails the user would receive if the system was

life. And on the other hand make sure no mails are send to real users.

Cheers,

Chris

Dear Christian,

We can suggest some possible solutions to your question:

One idea is to set the same email account to all users. Another idea is to set up an SMTP server which you can send and save all emails to a folder. To do it, please check this article: Advanced settings for the e-mail server.

If you want to, you can also create an idea explaining your question in order to solve in a future release.
