Get information about current tasks or number of tasks from user id

Hello!

How can I get information about current tasks or number of tasks from user id.

I have attribute USER (WFUser type), when I select the employee must leave his list of tasks , or at least their number.

Please help me!

Bizagi provides several functions that allow you to find and manipulate information about the current user allocated to a Task. Thank you for your answer. But You don't understand me. I am trying get information about another user, his number of task.

Example, I am a boss and I need to know how busy at the moment my every employee to decide who to entrust a specific task.

Thank you for your explication. To check what you need, you have a generic option. It is called Resource Monitor which you can see what cases are assigned. There is another way. It is implemented query forms where the boss can see cases of his team: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?query_forms.htm

Bizagi allows the definition and customization of special forms to consult information of ongoing and closed cases, as well as information stored in specific entities. With the search results of these queries you can create useful analysis reports. These special Forms are known as Query Forms. The controls included in Query Forms serve as search criteria. They can be defined to perform powerful searches over created cases or over specific entities (Master and Parameter). Your search criteria can be business data and it can also be general process information (case creation date, creator user, case state, etc). You can customize the search criteria within ranges (for dates or numbers) and to be exact or approximate (for texts), etc.

Do you know, How can I get already completed processes? I thought queries can help but it can give me only statistics, but i need attribute's values.

Dear Sofya,

You can also create query form to search on entities, just to obtain values according some filters. Query forms for cases are used to obtain cases in both stages: closed and opened.
