Evaluation Workshop: User Employee can't initiate the process

Hello World at Bizagi!

I've just completed the first workshop. Problem is the following. I try to test the WorK Portal, registering as Employee. I can login. But the process " Vacation Leave Request" doesn't appear. I must also say that when I tried to perform the "iisreset" command (page 82 in the pdf of the workshop) I get a message that the command is not recognized. Tried to reboot the computer. Still the same problem.

My problemen looks alike as this one http://feedback.bizagi.com/suite/en/topic/first-workshop-my-first-process-user-problem

but since it seems to be a problem with this command...

Any help will be greatly appreciate.

Regards,

Guillaume Hébert

Hello Juan,

Since yesterday I've also realized the second workshop. This one is working perfectly... I can see it in the work portal and proceed with all the activities. Any idea why the "office supply request" appears but not the process from the first workshop?

Tx for your help

Dear Guillaume,

Once you have set your IIS, you need to restart your IIS in order to take changes. Sometimes, it is required to clean up temporary files described here: http://kb.bizagi.com/Knowledgebase/Clean-cache-and-Temporary-folders-in-Bizagi

Hello Juan,

I tried to delete all the files as mentionned in the link.

Then, since I don't have Admin privilege on my workstation I couldn't complete the IISReset command. So I rebooted my machine (thought it would do the same)

Then I invoke the 2 clean cache method as mentionned. Don't know if it's normal or not but the browser window that open up when I invoke each of them won't return anything.

And still when I access the Work Portal, my process doesn't show up. Weird since the other project is working perfectly fine.

Any other idea on what could cause this? Again, since the other workshop worked just fine, maybe it's something I did wrong on the set up of the project on the first one.

Thanks for your help

Dear Guillaume,

Regarding your description, please send us a screenshot of Office Supply Request diagram just to analyse it. Another step is to click on "All Process" at the moment to create a case.

We look forward to hearing from you
