Error when downloading process from XChange

When I attempt to download a Process from XChange, I get the error:

"Backup database doesn't work. Import template cancelled."

The same error occurs when trying different templates, and from different computers.

Bizagi Process Xchange provides several ready-to-use executable Processes that you can use to get a head-start in your organization's automation initiatives. You can customize them to your company’s particular needs.

To download these processes, click on the "Install" link under Process XChange as shown in the attached screenshot.

Thanks. Yes, we are following that procedure. Please see the original request -- we are getting an error from Studio regarding a "backup database." I cannot find any explanation of this error in the documentation.
