Creating a case - searching in the Bizagi's database

Hello Everyone,

We have a Sales Process that, in the end, the user informs an expiration date for the customer's contract.

We would like to create, automatically, a case when there is one expiration date that will be achieved in less than 3 months in Bizagi's database.

For example: In the process, the user informs that the contract's expiration is 11th February,2015. When the current date is 11th February,2014, We would like to create a case automatically, because we want to sell again the service for this customer.

Ps.: The date field is in a Master Entity. Is this possible? Thanks in advance

Dear Mayra,

Yes, you can do this using a Timer Start Event ( start_events )which the schedule will trigger the Case to start:

hmfile_hash_d198aec7

You will be able to create cases according some rules.

Another option is using a custom job ( custom_jobs ) where you will be able to create cases with SOA Layer according some rules (how_to_start_a_process_in_bizagi using soa layer )

Best Regards
