Case session expired on Chrome

Hi,

i deployed the testing environment of my project and when i tried to advance in one of the processes that i have i can't. It says Case Session has already expired. I investigated a bit and found this thread http://kb.bizagi.com/Knowledgebase/ERROR-Case-session-has-already-expired-using-IE-browser , but the thing is that I'm using google Chrome as browser (not IE) and my url has no underscores (but the first time I deployed it it had one). I tried to change the IIS from the express mode to the "full" mode, but for some reason is blocked (I don't know why, I'm not exactly good in server management). Please advice me in how i can fix this.

Best Regards

Dear Juan,

I checked the article, but it says that almost all (if not all) of the timeouts are of 20 minutes (i don't have the admin credentials of the machine yet, so i couldn't check the worker processes of IIS). The problem is that i got the case session expired when i try to advance from the first form (I'm pressing the button in less than 3 minutes since the page loads). I strongly believe that the existence of my original test environment (Test_Capacitaciones) is affecting the behavior of the connection, but i don't know how (or even if i can) delete the test environment. I'm still going to check the IIS as soon as i got the admin credentials, but in the meantime if you can help me deleting the test environment to discard the possibility it would be great.

Dear Juan,

I checked the event viewer and it seems that for some reason is not generating cache. Attached you'll find 2 error messages (I think these ones are the errors relating this issue) and 2 information messages generated at the same time as the last error.

Dear Patricio,

Thank you for your feedback. It looks like you are using IIS Express instead of IIS. Please verify if you are executing your project with IIS.

Dear Juan,

The IIS wasn't running, I configured it based on the articles but now when I try to connect to the work portal, it sends me the error attached, I checked how to fix it, but every solution I tried failed.

If you can please guide me through this issue.
