The case notes was replaced by Case Comments, these are complementary information for each case that can be entered by the Performer or by anyone with access to the Summary Form. Case comments are used throughout the case's life to share important information and aid participants to take proper action according to the commentaries.

No. it is not possible by now. You can create it as an idea to be developed in a future release.
