can't login

Hello,

my problem is that I created a new USER in the work portal and forgot the login details. Now after restarting I cant' login, not even as an administrator. What can I do?

Dear Mariana,

In order to solve it, please go to Management Console and click on Configuration tab. After that, click on Admin Password.

Hi,

I see the same screen but I don't see the Admin Password icon on the screen. Has this item been placed somewhere else?

Dear Runy,

Verify that you have opened Bizagi Management Console application. The Admin password is in the same place.

I did the admon password change on the console, but still it continues with the mesage "Can not authenticate the user"

i am using Bizagi 10.7.0.2296 (x64)

Regarding this question, you require to restart your IIS using iisreset.exe from console in order to take changes.
