Cannot create case

Hi All,

Following the User Guide for creating First Process "Vacation Request Process", I am facing issue in creating cases.

Have created the Business Process, Entity model, Forms for each activities in the process, applied expressions, added Performers after creating user accounts and integrated with a web service.

While testing the work portal using admin account and other newly created User accounts(Supervisor, Employee and HR assistant), I am not able to create Vacation request. Please find the screenshot attached.

Troubleshooted in below listed ways:


2. Restarted the Bizagi and project related scheduler services

3. Enabled tracing. No logs related to this issue is found.

4. No logs specific to this application is found in EventViewer

5. No logs available in EVENT MANAGER folder


While creating the project, i have created a folder called "BizagiPjts" in C Drive and made it as a repository for saving the project source files.

Is the error due to separate Bizagi Repository created in C Drive?

Please suggest a way to trouble shoot this issue.
