Can I export Activities names and attributes of a process to an excel file?

Hello everyone.

I need to export some data modeled in Bizagi to a Excel file, in order to integrate it with others tools.

It should be the activities names and some custom attributes.

Can anyone help?

Dear Mario,

Thank you for your interest in Bizagi.

Bizagi has a way to import and export processes in different formats. In the header of the modeler, there is a tab called "Export / Import". Go ahead to export to any of those formats. Sorry, but Excel is not an option.

Dear Andreina,

Please follow this article: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?import_from_xpdl.htm.

The XML Process Definition Language (XPDL) is a format standardized by the Workflow management Coalition (WfMC) to interchange business process definitions between different workflow products. The XPDL format can store all aspects of a BPMN diagram, such as attributes, resources, etc. Also, some graphical information is held, for example position coordinates of the elements. Using XPDL in Bizagi offers the possibility to share your diagrams with other modeling tools that use BPMN notation. You can import your diagrams to XPDL using the BPMN 2.0 notation shapes.Regards
