Can I assign the ids of records in a collection to another collection ?

I have a Course entity that has students , and another entity attendance.

the relationship between student and attendance is 1 to many.

another question : can i assign values from a regular entity (not a collection) to a collection using record ids.

for example : i have 20 students in a course , so when i take the attendance on enter the records of the 20 students are created on the attendance collection in an entity attribute .(like the attached image)

Dear Ahmad,

The answer is yes, You can add registers to a collection through a expression. You can populate it using a couple of functions:

  1. Creating a loop in order to add records: getEntity function (http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?obtain_and_use_entity_values.htm) then a for function: (http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?for_element.htm)
  2. The new record (row) is created using the newCollectionItem function: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?add_and_remove_relationships.htm
