Dear Giovani,

This problem usually arises because were affected some of the following configuration files:

  • appsettings.xml
  • preferences.xml

Some activity after being corrupted by the user, for example: forced shutdown of the machine, etc.To identify the source of the problem please do the following:

  1. Please review the appsettings.config file is in the installation path: C:\ProgramData\Bizagi\Enterprise\BizagiMC
  2. If the file is please validate that has content.
  3. If you are emptied please copy the file from another installation (C:\ProgramData\Bizagi\Enterprise\BizagiStudio) and perform updates from BizAgi Studio projects.

Hi Juan

The folder structure of the new Bizagi Suíte is different from Bizagi Enterprise or Express. I can't found the referred files. I tried to copy the files from an older Bizagi Express instalation, but Bizagi Suíte doesn't recognize them. I think that new Bizagi Suíte doesn't use these files.

Dear Giovani,

The folder exists for the actual version of Bizagi. ProgramData is a hidden folder.

Hi Juan,

Thanks for your help. I Have found the folder, replaced the appsettings.xml file and Bizagi MC started correctly.
