Bizagi language settings cannot be deployed to test environment

Hi,

We translated and uploaded Bizagi Objects to development environment and it works. But in test environment we could not see translated label. What could be the reason?

I am having more fundamental problems in getting Bizagi Studio to work on .NET framework with Oracle DB.

First, it did not work on Windows10 (32bit) gave error messages (attached). Second, it did not work on Windows7 professional (64bit).

The Bizagi technical support needs to gear up and work with the potential customers more actively.

Now, about the attached problem, you need to install the IIS correctly following this article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?prerequisites_iis.htm

According Yetkin question, please send us the full version of Bizagi Studio, type of project (.NET or JEE) and database (SQL Server or Oracle)

Thanks for your comment, Juan. Yes, I had anticipated as much regarding Windows10. Is there any deadline by which Windows10 will become feasible?

I rechecked the IIS configuration, but the problem persists.

Is it possible for Bizagi to provide appropriate level of support on the ground for a corporate entity in Japan?
