Bizagi 11 Installation Issue - The exception unknown software exception

I have download latest Bizagi 11 from Bizagi.com only, after that I have tried to install Bizagi 11 but I could not able to install it successfully. I have tried many times but each time I face the same issue as attached "Bizagi Installation Issue.PNG", Please guide me to fix this issue, so I can move further to experience the new Bizagi 11.

I got the prompt with below text and then it will not move further for installation.

"The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x76ff4598."

Dear Sanjay,

This issue is probably a .NET framework problem. Please reinstall it and try again. After it, try to install Bizagi Studio using administrator rights.

Thanks for the response.

Yes, I have tried to install .Net Framework 4.6.1 and it shows me that it already exists on my machine, so then I have uninstalled it and then re-install it to fix this issue if its .Net Framework related issue. But, after install .Net Framework 4.6.1 too, I can not able to install Bizagi 11 on my machine, I have tried and found that it shows same error as I have faced earlier and reported you.

Can you, please guide me to fix this issue as soon as possible, as I was stuck and can not start automation of my process due to this issue?

Hi Juan,

I had read you given reference link from Bizagi HelpDesk, but it couldn't help me at all, and the issue is still there. So, today I am attaching my Windows Event Log as mention by you.

Please check this and let me know if you need any more detail around this issue. Waiting for your response with solution as I am stuck with it :(

Dear Sanjay,

You can try downloading the latest version from our web site - http://www.bizagi.com/en/products/bpm-suite/studio#downloadstudio - and install it with administrator rights.

Remember that you need to install IIS correctly according this article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?prerequisites_iis.htm

Hi Juan,

I have tried with new version of Bizagi also share in above link, but still I found similar issue.

Also, I have check your link for pre-requistic also, but it seems its all about if install IIS later for Bizagi. I have already install IIS and checked all confirguration mention in link and its as expected.

Please guide me to fix this.
