Best way to enable user picture attibute in Portal

I have a question on the best way to enable a user photo to be used on the portal or in forms. Here is what I tried:

  1. 1 - I went into the expert view and saw there was a predefined attribute in WFUser called userPicture. However by default it seems it was not editable or visible so I changed its properties (under org) to be .visible editable and manageable by the user
  2. 2 - It then showed up in the portal under user properties and gave me the option to upload a file
  3. 3 - However whenever I try to upload the file containing a photo I get an error saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

What is the proper way to get this to work? (I am using version 11.1)

Thanks in advance for your help

Dear Bill

Users can update their profile picture under preferences.

Please refer to following article for details: http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?user_preferences_form.htm

Hi Rajesh -

Thank you for your response. However it does not really answer my specific question. There is nothing in that article that seems to address specifically pictures or the error I am getting. Are you implying I have to create a whole new custom form for this?
