Automatic Search

Hello Everyone,

Could anyone help us, please?

We need to search automatically records in a Bizagi's table and then show this in another task.

For example: In a task, the user puts the customer code. In the next activity, without user intervention, we would like to make a automatic search in the customer table and, if We find the customer, we would save these informations in another fields. Then, in the next activity, we would show these informations in a form.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Mayra,

According to your question, it is like a filter which is applied to a table or collection. You can create an expression to filter by the attribute. Setting a filter for a Table allows you to define a smaller set of values from the list of all possible values in the parametric entity (collection) for displayed in your Control. Bizagi only display the records that meet the filter condition defined in a Boolean expression. If a filter has been defined for the Table Control, the definition will appear in the in the Filter property description area; otherwise it will remain empty. Click the Filter icon (hmfile_hash_0bf0dc48) alongside the property to add a filter. hmfile_hash_1f8ab0f9

The way to do it basically to select "Choose an attribute" where you can choose the customer code:

hmfile_hash_6e1a131e
