Code error: 21897 Application start failed

Good Morning,

today i've tried to draw a simple process on my own, but when i run the process i get the following error:

Error

Code error: 21897 Application start failed. You may need to update the project.

Code error: 22751 Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Please try again later. If the error persists contact the system administrator.

Dear Gferioli,

If your Bizagi work portal continuously loads (you see the red balls spinning) but at the end it shows this error message, we would recommend you to double check that you can access any web services configured in your project from the server.

Bizagi will load up proxy classes definition for your processes integration points (mainly web services invocations).

As a workaround for Bizagi not to load up these proxy classes at startup, you may choose to include

the following line in the web.config file of your project (at "C:\Bizagi\[Bizagi_edition]\Projects\[your_project]\WebApplication"):

<add key="LoadProxyClasses" value="0" />

(inside the "appSettings" element, which is approximately after line 16).

Notice that with this workaround the work portal will execute right away, but your process will still have to deal with being able to access the web services URL (or otherwise you'll get a connection error in your process instances).

Best regards,
