Allocation case multiple organizations

Good morning,

I am trying to allocate cases to multiple users that are part of different organizations. I found this:

"Allocation rules in projects with multiple organizations will distinguish between users. When a case is created, the end user must define the organization that the Process instance belongs to. For that moment on, allocation rules will only allocate Activities to users that belong to the organization chosen at the beginning. The allocation rules that are built selecting a Location or a Position will be filtered so that performers belong exclusively to that organization.Roles, Skills, Areas, etc. that are common to all organizations will continue operating without filters."

However, I found that when I create a case with an account for someone part of organization A, the case cannot be allocated to someone with the right skill in organization B. So, although Bizagi states that skills are common to all organizations, case allocation for performers does not work right. How can I make possible that two managerial directors of organization B, both receive cases of an employee of organization A?

In step 5, performers, I have this:

'Skills equals ApprovalMD'

'Assignation method: everyone'

Thanks in advance!

Dear Annemieke,

According your question, it is not possible. The user needs to be in both organizations in order to assign cases from one company to another.
