after reinstalling unable to connect to trial studio collaboration service
due to issues I had with IIS and SQL Server I had to reinstall Bizagi Studio after getting a trial subscription.
Now the program runs locally but I can not access the work portal through the 30 day subscription.
When I try using the cloud I get a different admin account and I am unable to change settings, create users or even log out.
Is there a way I can get back the access to the subscription I used at first?
